Booth Design & Event Operations
My experience with Anime Expo spans both creative production and live event operations, with involvement across booth design, merchandising, guest management, and show-floor coordination. I created large-format convention graphics, signage systems, promotional displays, themed activations, and product mockups while also supporting hands-on event execution through sales operations, autograph coordination, panel scheduling, and management of multi-booth promotional campaigns including our annual stamp rally activation and partner collaborations.
PAX East
Booth Design & Event Operations
At PAX East, I contributed across both creative production and live event operations, supporting booth execution, retail presentation, attendee engagement, and media coordination during the years surrounding the COVID shutdown era. I designed large-format convention graphics, promotional materials, demo station displays, and retail signage while also assisting with on-site operations including booth setup, customer support, sales coordination, gameplay demos, and curated press outreach for journalists and upcoming game releases.
NGPX (New Game+ Expo)
Multi-Publisher Digital Showcase
During the COVID shutdown era, I helped launch and manage NGPX, a multi-publisher digital showcase inspired by Nintendo Direct presentations that successfully ran for three consecutive years. My role combined event strategy, partner relations, marketing operations, and visual communications, including publisher onboarding, asset coordination, ESRB compliance review, livestream scheduling, creation of branded toolkits and style guides, multilingual marketing support, and post-event reporting focused on audience engagement and campaign performance.
Participating publishers from 2020 - 2022 included NIS America, SEGA, Atlus, Spike Chunsoft, SNK, Koei Tecmo, PM Studios, GungHo America, Idea Factory, Neowiz Games, Aksys Games, Natsume, Acttil, Arc System Works, Inti Creates, Rocket Panda Games, WayForward, Playism and Skystone Games.
Go Beyond "New"! Onboarding Documents
 I designed and organized the partner onboarding documentation used to streamline communication, production planning, and asset delivery for participating publishers. The materials included scheduling guides, embargo timelines, brand standards, livestream requirements, technical specifications, and promotional asset documentation, helping ensure consistent presentation and smooth coordination across multiple international publishing partners throughout the event lifecycle.
