Rick & Morty Look Who’s Purging Now ​​​​​​​Card Game
This custom card game was developed in-house at Cryptozoic Entertainment in collaboration with Adult Swim for the Rick & Morty IP. The project included four character decks, a Festival deck, a Weakness deck, a rules manual, and full outer box packaging. I designed the visual system for the game from scratch, drawing inspiration from the Rick & Morty episode “Look Who’s Purging Now,” which parodies the dark and chaotic themes of The Purge. The goal was to capture the humor and offbeat personality of the show while creating a cohesive gameplay product that felt authentic to fans of the series.
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony

This project highlights my work on the Limited Edition and Day One Edition releases for Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony on PS Vita and PS4 (pictured below), spanning early preorder marketing through final physical production. I created the original retail-facing 3D promotional renders and later finalized production design for every physical component, including collector packaging, art books, soundtrack materials, apparel, branded accessories, and specialty merchandise featuring premium finishes such as foil stamping, spot gloss, and screen printing. The project required close collaboration with licensors, vendors, and manufacturers while balancing creative direction, packaging engineering, platform compliance, and large-scale production constraints to bring the final collector’s edition to life.
Trails of Cold Steel III Thors Academy Duffle Bag

For this licensed merchandise project, I designed a custom duffle bag inspired by Thors Military Academy from The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, developing full production specifications and art direction to create a product that felt authentic to the world of the series. Drawing from the academy’s visual identity, I incorporated custom materials, embroidered emblems, functional travel features, specialty zipper pulls, and an interior character-pattern lining while collaborating with vendors to balance fan-focused design, manufacturing feasibility, and premium product presentation.

Continuing in the Trails series merchandise, I designed a premium streetwear-inspired snapback hat intended to feel more like a modern lifestyle product than traditional game merchandise. I developed the full product design and production direction, incorporating embroidered branding, layered material detailing, custom interior labels and satin lining patterns, along with a collectible foil “Mishy” brim sticker inspired by premium retail cap culture to create a subtle, fashion-forward piece that still felt authentic to the franchise.

As founder and creative director of Ashbear, I built a cohesive merchandise brand centered around whimsical collectible accessories and lifestyle goods. I handled all aspects of the brand including visual identity development, product design, vendor sourcing, production coordination, e-commerce management, and event sales. The project required balancing creative consistency with manufacturing realities, customer experience, and operational logistics while building a recognizable product ecosystem across multiple merchandise categories.

For my company Joyloom Party Supply, I designed a line of DIY balloon garland kits focused on making elevated party décor approachable, affordable, and easy for customers to assemble at home. I developed the product concepts, color palettes, themed collections, branded packaging, insert materials, and product photography while sourcing specialty materials and creating kits that balanced polished visual presentation with beginner-friendly usability, as seen in collections like “Rainbow Sherbet Daisies” and “Reach for the Sky!”.
